Herald Paul Pierce has long memory Doc Rivers lets actions speak Rajon Rondo knows Chauncey Billups battle far from over FL's Take: If it was the hamstring that was bothering him in game 1, Billups will continue to struggle, but if it was just rust on his game, he will come out stronger in game 2. He did seem to play better in the 4th quarter than he did in the first 3, so I wouldn't count him out. Kevin Garnett, Rasheed Wallace see eye-to-eye Ray Allen will keep shooting until something goes in FL's Take: If it is mental, I think Ray will start hitting his shots again as he can work through the mental problems. But, if it is an injury that he hasn't mentioned, he will continue to struggle. Personally I think it is mental and he just needs to keep doing positive things to get back into the game. Chauncey Billups plans aggressive approach Kobe, Lakers rally to stun Spurs FL's Take: This is an object lesson that you can't ever let up. No lead is safe in these playoffs. Even in Boston, you can’t go home again Guards like Pistons’ Rodney Stuckey are invaluable Charles Barkley, Tim Donaghy issues need addressing Pistons’ offense and defense both need tweaking against Celtics Globe Intense images For record, these four are best Beware the danger game FL's Take: Hopefully the Celtics aren't over confident after the game one win because the Pistons played terrible and yet they were still in it most of the game. And, as seen from the Philly series, they can lose the first game and then pour it on to win the series. Expect a better Billups Gomes maintains a rooting interest FL's Take: I wouldn't mind seeing Gomes back with the Celtics. He is a class act and I think he could help this team. Today's activities Pistons tune up for game 2 MetroWest Daily Celtics: Doc's cred on rise in postseason FL's Take: The Pistons will make adjustments going into game 2 and it will be up to Doc to counter with adjustments to the Celtics attack. The biggest test of his coaching is yet to come. But, too often they let the other teams take them out of their game play with tough defense on the other side. The Pistons are capable of playing very tough defense and the Celtics must stay focused and stick to their game.
