Herald Celtics sweepstates FL's Take: Sweeping the Texas teams was a real accomplishment. I am sure the Celtics had this in the back of their minds going into the Dallas game. I do believe the players when they say one game at a time. Right after the game, they were saying that sweeping the Texas teams was great but they still had one more game to play on the trip. They are focused and want every game. Pain no problem FL's Take: This team has been nothing short of amazing in that nothing seems to stop them. Even when one of the 3 stars goes down, someone else steps up. It has a lot to do with that bench that everyone was saying was so weak when the season started. KG pulls off online upset FL's Take: Amazing considering that KG has been a Celtic for less than one season. But, with is attitude, intensity and work ethic, he has always been a Celtic. He just didn't know it until this season. Globe Three for the road League fires back at Taylor Scalabrine's brackett Memo to Celts fans: It ain't 2002 anymore I'm out of superlatives FL's Take: I am right there too. This team just has done over and above what anyone, including most Celtics fans expected when the season started. I have always been a koolaid drinker and even last season predicted over 50 wins but even I have been at a loss for words as to how great this team has been this season. He has gone from Coach of the Year to goat in a very short time. In the meantime, Doc has gone from goat to a candidate for Coach of the Year. My how fickle are the fortunes in the NBA.
